Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for the work created by JKL Cartoonics remain with the company until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of payment, ownership rights may be transferred as specified in the contract. Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute any work without proper authorization.
Liability
JKL Cartoonics is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Revisions and Cancellations
- Revision requests must comply with the scope defined in the contract.
- Excessive revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
- Clients may cancel a project, but fees for work completed up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services or platforms as part of our work. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or terms of these third parties, and clients agree to comply with their respective policies.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes arising from these terms or services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Saint Lucia.
Changes to These Terms
JKL Cartoonics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of the client or visitor to review them periodically.
